So this is Victor Hugo, a CMS that uses Hugo static site generator along with with Netlify, GitHub or GitLab.
According to the developer’s info you need to use npm when downloading. There are specific Gulp instructions too.
The maximum number of admin accounts for free is 10, so don’t waste them. Of course should you need more you either pay or you could use shared logins.
Invites are sent under the identity tab in Netlify.
Not using an image at present.
A cool thing is you can use Rich text or Markdown on this section.
